This is a concept poster for the movie The King, we had to remake a poster for the movie of our choosing. I chose The King not only because it was a recent movie I watched but I don’t normally watch medival/historical figure movies so the concept was out of my comfort zone. I wanted to take on a challenge. The movie focused on how King Henry never wanted to be king but due to him being the only heir he was thrown into taking on this duty and his adventures as king. The chess piece symbolizes the duty of a king and the smaller black figure is him.The title is in purple since purple symbolizes royalty and power.
